Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out.
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, if your item is eligible, we’re happy to provide store credit for future use.
To qualify for store credit, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and you’ll need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Just email your order number and reason for exchange to smile@sleekteethwhitening.com.au.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit depending on your preference.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, and any return shipping is at your own expense unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
